Change Mutual Fund Allocation

There are 2 ways you can change the mutual funds where your current balance is invested:

Reallocate - change the mix of your money across all mutual funds (example, put 50% in Mutual Fund A, 30% in Mutual Fund B and 20% in Mutual Fund C).
Transfer - move money from one mutual fund to another mutual fund.
